We never ask for your Twitch or Kick password or stream key.
3. Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you (account and orders), to meet legal obligations (accounting), for our legitimate interests (security and fraud prevention), and with your consent where required (marketing emails, where applicable).
4. Who we share data with
- A crypto payment processor, to process top-ups.
- Hosting and network providers, to run and protect the site.
- An email delivery provider, to send account emails.
- Service suppliers, to deliver your orders (they receive the channel name and order details, never your personal data).
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use necessary cookies to keep you logged in and remember settings such as the day or night theme.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site traffic without analytics cookies. It is configured to exclude visitor data from the European Union.
6. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use standard contractual clauses or similar safeguards.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Write to [email protected] from your account email. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords and limited staff access. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.
9. Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We will post updates on this page with a new date and notify you by email about important changes.
