How Twitch viewers arrive

Ordered viewers join gradually while your channel is live, following the selected arrival time. Recommended settings target 15 minutes. Actual timing depends on your viewer amount and the supplier's minimum and maximum join intervals; larger orders can take longer. This also applies if you place an order during a live stream; they do not all arrive at once.

If you are offline, viewers wait for a stream within the order period. Your calendar time still runs while you are offline. A 7-day order covers streams during seven continuous days; it is not seven days of accumulated streaming time.

Recommended settings or your own configuration?

Recommended applies the preset for Twitch and your chosen period. It currently includes authorized viewers, GEO and view tuning, raids, floating viewers and a 15-minute arrival time. Review the settings and exact total in the order window. Presets and prices can change.

The dashboard order form lets you customize these options. Our ordering guide explains the steps and calendar timing.

How to place and track your order

  1. Choose your viewer amount and period above.
  2. Log in, add your Twitch channel in the dashboard if needed, and open the order review.
  3. Check Recommended settings, the exact server quote and your available balance. The minimum balance top-up is $5, separate from your order price.
  4. Confirm the order. Track delivery status and recorded channel statistics in your dashboard.

If your balance is too low, the review window offers to add funds instead of confirming the order. Your dashboard chart shows the measured total and a separate estimate based on confirmed orders. The estimate is not an independent delivery measurement.

Stopping an order and requesting help

You can stop a running automatic order from Orders in your dashboard when the Stop action is available. Confirming Stop ends viewer delivery; the original calendar period continues. Stopped orders cannot be resumed from the client dashboard.

Stopping does not automatically refund your order or pause its clock. If there is a delivery problem, contact Support with your order number. Refunds are reviewed individually; approved order refunds go to your site balance, not your crypto wallet. Balance top-ups are not refundable. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.

Try 20–100 Twitch viewers free

If you are eligible, start a one-hour trial before buying a plan. The trial is available once per person and channel, requires no payment, and does not turn into a subscription.

The trial lasts one continuous hour from activation, including time offline. The quick trial from the homepage uses 100 viewers; choose Start later and open the trial in your dashboard to select 20–100 viewers.

Twitch viewer questions

What is the minimum Twitch viewer order?

Paid Twitch live orders start at 20 viewers. Choose a whole number and a period of 1 day, 7 days or 31 days. The review window checks your configuration against the current server rules.

Are the plan prices my final total?

The displayed plan prices are base prices per 100 viewers. Your viewer amount, options, volume discount and any account discount affect the final quote. The server shows that total before you confirm.

Can I order while my channel is offline?

Yes. Viewers join when you stream within your order period. Calendar time keeps running while offline; the order does not wait to start its clock until your next stream.

Do viewers arrive instantly?

No. Recommended settings target a 15-minute arrival, including when you order while already live. The actual time depends on viewer amount and the supported join intervals; large orders can take longer. Review the timing in your order quote.

Does buying viewers guarantee growth or a category position?

No. Category positions, organic audience growth and outcomes such as platform affiliate or partner approval are not guaranteed. These depend on the platform and other factors.

Can I resume an order after stopping it?

No. Client orders have no resume action after Stop. The original calendar period continues and stopping does not issue an automatic refund.

How does payment work?

Top up your site balance with a supported cryptocurrency, then pay for an order from that balance. The minimum top-up is $5. Orders are for a selected period, not a recurring subscription.
