Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of liveviewers.vip, operated under the trading name LiveViewers VIP ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

liveviewers.vip provides promotion services for channels on third-party platforms such as Twitch and Kick, for example live viewers for a period you choose ("Order"). The service, amount, platform, channel and period are shown in each Order. We may change, add or remove services and features at any time; the services currently offered are listed in your dashboard.

3. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for everything done in your account.
• Give accurate information and keep your email up to date.
• One person may hold one account. We may merge or close duplicate accounts.

4. Balance and payments

• Orders are paid from your account balance. The balance is topped up with cryptocurrency only, through our payment provider. The amount is converted to US dollars at the rate shown on the payment page.
• Crypto transactions cannot be reversed. You are responsible for sending the correct coin, on the correct network, to the address shown. Funds sent to a wrong address or network may be lost and cannot be refunded by us.
• Prices are shown in US dollars on the website at the time you order. The price of an Order already placed does not change.
• The balance is not a bank account, does not earn interest and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Top-ups are final. The balance cannot be withdrawn or refunded. Order refunds are reviewed by support and credited to the balance, as described in the Refund policy.
• If you have a problem with a payment, contact support first. Opening a dispute or reversal with a payment provider, wallet or exchange without doing so is a breach of these Terms, and we may suspend your account while it is resolved.
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties and network or exchange fees that apply to your payments where you live.

5. Orders

• An Order starts when you place it and lasts for the chosen calendar period (1 day, 7 days or 31 days for a month), whether or not you stream.
• For period-based services such as live viewers, the amount applies to each stream within the period. Viewers arrive gradually according to the selected arrival time, including when an order is placed while you are already live. Other services are delivered as described on the Place order page.
• You must enter the correct channel. We are not responsible for Orders placed on a wrong channel name, though support will help if you write within an hour.
• Delivery depends on the third-party platform working normally. Platform outages or changes may affect delivery.
• The number of viewers you see may move up and down during a stream, especially with options such as Floating viewers, and can differ slightly from the ordered amount because of platform counting, delays and caching. Normal variation is not a defect.
• Changing the channel of an Order after it was placed is possible only through support and at our discretion.
• If an Order cannot be completed, for example because of a pricing error, a failure on the supplier side or a platform restriction, we may correct, pause or cancel it. In that case the amount is credited back to your balance.

6. Free trial

We offer one free trial per person and per channel: 100 live viewers for 1 hour. Trials obtained through multiple accounts or false details may be cancelled without notice.

7. Third-party platforms

liveviewers.vip is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Twitch, Kick or any other platform. Each platform has its own terms and community guidelines, which may restrict artificial viewers or engagement. You are solely responsible for deciding whether to use the service and for complying with the rules of the platforms you stream on. We are not responsible for any action a platform takes on your account, including warnings, loss of partner or affiliate status, demonetisation, suspension or bans. Platforms may change their rules or detection methods at any time. Such action is a risk you accept when you place an Order and is not a reason for a refund.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use liveviewers.vip:

• for streams that break the law or contain illegal content;
• on channels you do not own or are not authorized to manage;
• to create several accounts, or use false details, to get extra free trials or discounts;
• to resell the service without our written permission;
• to attack, overload or reverse engineer our systems.

We may refuse, pause or cancel Orders that break these rules.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee any particular result, such as growth of your own audience, followers, income or platform status. Statistics in the dashboard are estimates based on the data available to us.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Order that the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or damage to your channel.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account, and cancel active Orders, if it breaks these Terms, is used for fraud or abuse, or is involved in a payment dispute opened without contacting support first. Where an account is closed for such reasons, the remaining balance is not paid out. You can ask support to review a suspension, and we will answer within a reasonable time.

12. Your responsibility for claims

You are responsible for your channel and your content. If a claim is brought against us because of your streams, your use of the service or your breach of these Terms, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, to the extent the law allows.

13. Events beyond our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as outages or rule changes at Twitch, Kick or other platforms, problems at our suppliers, hosting, payment or blockchain networks, attacks on our systems, or acts of authorities.

14. Restricted use

The service is not available where its use is prohibited by law or by applicable sanctions. You confirm that you are allowed to use it where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new date and, for important changes, notify you by email. Using the service after the change means you accept the new Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of liveviewers.vip is registered. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.

17. General

• If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
• We may transfer the service and these Terms to another entity; you may not transfer your account.
• We send notices to the email address of your account, and they count as received when sent.
• These Terms and the linked Privacy and Refund policies are the whole agreement between you and us.
