Before you write
- Viewers did not arrive. Check that the channel name in the order matches your channel exactly and that the order period is still active. Then send us the order number and the time your stream started.
- Wrong channel in the order. Write within an hour of ordering and we will move the order.
- Balance was not credited. Crypto payments are credited after network confirmations, usually within minutes. If it has been more than an hour, send us the transaction hash (TxID), the coin and the network.
- Order refunds. Send the order number and what went wrong. Approved refunds go to your balance. See the Refund policy.
